At Litman Excavating, we provide a range of excavating services for our clients throughout the Tri-State region of West Virginia, Ohio & Pennsylvania.

Our team also offers a variety of pipeline trenching and excavating services for public utility infrastructure as well as oil and gas industry needs. We also offer a variety of road clearing and commercial building clearing and grading for proper construction.

We pride ourselves in the care and condition of our equipment. Our team treats and maintains the equipment to the highest standards to keep our jobsites operational and on time.

Built From Tradition

Litman Excavating is rich in heritage and tradition. Family owned and operated, the company was founded in 1963 by Josephine and Robert E. Litman as a general contractor focused on small projects and maintenance in the Ohio Valley region. In 1998, The company was then turned over to the next generation, Robert B. Litman – our current Owner/President.
